I have been getting my hair done here for years. These students are taught so well, and do a wonderful job, with color and highlights and cut. Very happy being a regular there.

My stylist Eliotte is a genius!!!!!

Used to go these fancy salons to get highlights and ended up being disappointed most of the time.
乐播传媒 was referred by a friend and the icing on the cake was it鈥檚 just a stone鈥檚 throw away from my place. A true backyard treasure!

I was extremely disappointed with my haircut. I鈥檝e recently moved to this area and my brother recommended this place to me saying you just show the photo they are gonna do it for you. So have have showed Jacob who was my barber the first two pics. And the result was very disappointing. I have my birthday coming up in a week and now I have no confidence in celebrating it looking like this. The side part of my hair is shaved way more than it was supposed to be and it looks very weird to me. The worst part is I said the barber that I didnt like it and he said, 鈥渋t looks good to me鈥�. He didnt even clean my face after the service is done as shown in the 3rd picture. I didnt know what to say after that and left the place. After coming back home I noticed that this was an institute and not a salon and I鈥檝e never experienced what an institute would be and the workers here are learning to be professional so I thought its a learning process gor them. After aking up today looking into my mirror felt very low on morale and decided to get my hair shaved completely. I just want to say please listen to what the customer asks and I know its a learning process its better to have a look at what they showed and if they are not able to do that style then just dont do it. It affects way more than you think in our daily life. Anyway, I know Jacob tried his best to give a good service for me but the standards are very poor, I hope he does well in the future and listen to what the customer says or shows and it should look good for the customer and not for you.

Ive used this place for years for haircuts, Brazilian straightening & Brazilian blow dry鈥檚 but I won鈥檛 return! I had an appointment for a 11:00 wash & cut. I had a wedding in NC & was rushed for time. The manager was gone, 鈥� shopping鈥� & no one was at the desk! The stylist was late 11:15 not due to working but as her manager told her 鈥渟top goofing off & cut her hair鈥�! After washing my hair the stylist sprayed my wet hair with hair spray. This caused my hair to have a glue texture, knot up & she yanked handfuls of hair out of my head & broke off my hair. She claimed my hair was dry but it鈥檚 not & after a good wash out of the hair spray & quality conditioner my hair is tangle free & once again silky. When explaining that I had a wedding in NC & was rushed for time the stylist suggested that I schedule when I had more time. To which I replied I work 3 jobs & I don鈥檛 have time for nonsense! The stylist NOR Manager apologized for the situation & the tardiness of the stylist. This was an awful & stressful situation. One heartfelt apology could have turned the situation around but evidently they were both to proud to admit they were wrong! I won鈥檛 return!

I had a 10:30am appointment with a Senior stylist. I was greeted upon arriving and taken to a chair immediately after checking in. Tyler was fantastic at giving me the short bob precision cut that I asked for. He wasn't afraid to ask for instructor advice at times of uncertainty to get the finishing details correct so that my hair would flip under. I got exactly the cut I asked for and couldn't be happier with the whole visit, I was out in an hour or under. I will definitely be back.

Went thr for my Sons haircut. Had very bad experience. Took appointment 1 day prior. But still waited for almost 50 mins thr as the hairdresser was not knowing how to do kids haircut.. another hairdresser declined to do it runtime.. all mess..
and then finally someone was ready but they finished the haircut in less than 5 min and the haircut was not at all good.. very uneven adn weired look... My son and me both are very disappointed.. negative ppints from my side.. dont go and waste your time thr..

This place is truly incredible! The man who did my hair was Daniel. He did a really wonderful job! Definitely recommend going to him. Affordable place to get your hair done and the wait was not long compared to other places 👍😁 Thank you again Daniel 😀👍

Carla, Bo and Kailey were awesome! They paid so much attention to the detailing in my hair and were all so nice amongst the rest of the staff too. I would recommend this salon to everyone!
